Patrick Haley

Patrick Haley has extensive experience in real estate and investment management, currently serving as Managing Director at Affinius Capital since September 2013, where responsibilities include capital raising activities and investor relations. Previously, Patrick held roles at Real Estate Consulting & Brokerage from 2012 to 2013, specializing in private investment management and consulting. From 2006 to 2011, Patrick was Managing Director at Patrinely Group, focusing on sales, marketing, and development. Prior to that, a Senior Managing Director position at Barnes Morris (now CBRE) from 1991 to 2001 involved tenant and landlord representation as well as investment sales. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Shannon & Luchs Commercial RE from 1983 to 1991. Educational qualifications include a BS in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and a minor in Business & Management/Marketing from the University of Maryland, as well as a high school diploma from Georgetown Prep.
