Jayanthi Reddy

Jayanthi Reddy has a strong background in project and portfolio management within the pharmaceutical industry. Jayanthi is currently the Senior Director and Head of Clinical Project and Portfolio Management at Eikon Therapeutics, where they lead global development teams in end-to-end drug development. Jayanthi also works closely with clinical functional leaders to develop drug development strategies and clinical project management excellence. Prior to their current role, Jayanthi served as the Vice President of Project and Alliance Management at Affinivax Inc., where they were responsible for the successful execution of vaccine pipeline programs. Jayanthi has also held various roles at Merck, including leading the vaccines project management team and serving as the Alliance Manager on external collaborations. Jayanthi's experience also includes project management roles at Merck & Co. and research associate positions in bioprocess R&D.

Jayanthi Reddy has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. They also hold a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the same institution. Additionally, Jayanthi has obtained a PMP certification from the PMI.
