Alec Pinchak

Alec Pinchak has extensive experience in customer insights and operations, currently serving as the Voice of Customer Insights Lead and Program Lead at Affirm, following roles as a Product Support Specialist. Previously, Alec was an Operations Lead and Senior Operations Associate at Beepi, a peer-to-peer online marketplace for used cars backed by $150 million in venture capital. Additional experience includes internships as a Business Analyst and Underwriting Intern at Farmers Insurance. Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, earned between 2011 and 2015.
