Alexandra Vanderjeugdt

Alexandra (Allie) VanderJeugdt currently serves as a Senior Manager of Financial Crimes Compliance at Affirm, having joined the company in October 2021 after previously holding the position of Compliance Manager in the same field. Prior to Affirm, Alexandra worked at Airbnb as a Compliance Program Manager focused on sanctions from April 2020 to October 2021. An earlier career includes roles at Deloitte as an Advisory Senior Consultant and as an Environmental Crimes Analyst at the Center for Advanced Defense Studies. Additional experience includes internships at the U.S. Department of State and the Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, along with several positions in development, outreach, and state government. Alexandra holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace, War, and Defense, Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
