Hailee Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Merchant Risk Analyst at Affirm since March 2021, Hailee has held multiple roles, focusing on strategic brand and enterprise risk as well as merchant self-service. Prior to this, Hailee worked at Simple Finance from April 2020 to March 2021 as a Senior Agent, where responsibilities included managing complex customer scenarios and driving process automation. Hailee's background also includes roles at Wells Fargo, starting as a Teller, progressing to Personal Banker Lead, and eventually becoming a Private Mortgage Banker, where exceptional client experiences and regulatory compliance were prioritized. Hailee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Advertising from Portland State University.
