John Marion

John Marion is an experienced financial executive with extensive expertise in bank management and risk assessment. Most recently, John served as Vice President of Bank Strategy at Affirm, following a significant tenure as President of Hatch Bank, where John played a key role in enabling embedded lending products for fintechs. Previously, John held various leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Chase Bank USA and Chase Digital, as well as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer at MVB Financial Corp. John began a career in audit management at KPMG US, providing critical services to financial institutions. John holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from The Wharton School.
