Juan Rincon currently serves as the Strategic Finance Lead at Affirm since January 2024. Prior to this, Juan held the position of Strategic Finance Manager at Tala from March 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the global forecasting process for the digital wallet product and managing business development initiatives. Juan's earlier experience includes several roles at J.P. Morgan from June 2015 to March 2022, including Senior Associate positions in Wholesale Payments and Business Banking, and earlier roles in credit forecasting and analytics. Juan began a career in finance as a Finance Intern at Citi from July 2013 to July 2014. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida, completed in 2014.
