Ken Ding

Ken Ding is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in data science and machine learning. Currently serving as the Analytics Lead at Affirm since January 2022, Ken has improved data analytics capabilities and optimized ETL pipelines using dbt. Previously, as Senior Manager of Decision Science & Analytics at BMO Financial Group, Ken implemented machine learning models in production environments. Ken's earlier roles include Manager of Credit Risk Modeling & Machine Learning at RBC, where credit adjudication models were developed using Python, and Senior Data Scientist at Capital One, focusing on machine learning implementation and customer analytics. Ken's career in data science began at Kapronasia as a Consultant in Fintech. Ken holds a degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
