Nachiket Kshirsagar

Nachiket Kshirsagar is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and driving technology development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Affirm since November 2021, Nachiket previously held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Shipt from April 2021 to November 2021. At RiseSmart, from January 2009 to March 2021, Nachiket played pivotal roles, including Engineering Leader, where strategic projects such as skills extraction and knowledge graph were developed. Furthermore, Nachiket oversaw a significant engineering team amidst a strategic acquisition by Randstad, and led the development of proprietary algorithms for job matching, significantly enhancing service offerings.
