Danitra Blue

Danitra Blue is an experienced Senior Learning Experience Designer currently serving at Meta and Affirma, alongside being the Founder and Principal Consultant at Danitra Blue Consulting, where services include consulting, instructional design, and learning experience design for mission-driven teams. Previous roles encompass Product Manager at Run the Future, where Danitra drove the development of scalable hybrid learning experiences, and Senior Learning Experience Designer at On Deck, where Danitra designed and evaluated learning experiences for a diverse audience. Danitra's leadership as National Director of Remote Learning at High Resolves included transitioning to a remote model during the COVID-19 pandemic and managing instructional designers while ensuring impactful programming.
