Karie Underwood

Karie Underwood is an accomplished project manager and business leader with extensive experience in managing diverse projects and teams across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager II and PMO Training Manager at Affirma since June 2019, Karie oversees multiple projects with a focus on budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction, managing over 40 internal resources. Previously, as the Founding President and CEO of the National League Of Young Men, Inc., Karie successfully launched a nonprofit organization and managed a board of directors. Karie's background also includes roles at InSpeed Networks as Director of Channel Programs and The Code Works, Inc. as Director of Business Development, where strategic relationship management and revenue generation were key responsibilities. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Washington, Karie has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and operational management throughout a diverse career spanning several organizations.
