Maja Carroll

Maja Carroll is an experienced professional in sales operations and event management, currently serving in a sales operations role at 365 Assist Group since December 2023. Previously, Maja held the position of Surface Commercial Sales Operations Manager at Microsoft from September 2022 to August 2023. Maja's expertise includes leading sales operations at Janison, an education technology pioneer, as well as experience at Blue Prism, where Maja was head of APAC sales operations and managed ANZ sales operations. Maja also contributed to operational and event management roles at Avant Mutual Group Limited and Trans-Tasman Business Circle, among others. Maja holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Business Management and Adult Education, alongside certifications in adult education and workplace assessment from Western Sydney University.
