Sarah Coxwell

Sarah Coxwell, aPHR, has a diverse background in Human Resources and Technical Writing. Currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Affirma since November 2018, Sarah has held multiple roles within the company, including Human Resources Assistant and Recruiting Administrator. Prior experience at Microsoft involved technical writing, where Sarah contributed to document accuracy and project alignment through collaborative meetings. Additionally, Sarah spent four years at Starbucks, advancing from Barista to Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included inventory management and staff training. Early experience as a Social Media Intern at Seriously Happy Homes included social media management and graphic design. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Political Science from the University of Washington, attained in 2018.
