Ian Todd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment and consulting, serving as the Managing Consultant and Owner of Top Drawer Consulting since 2001. With a focus on resourcing senior talent across various industries, Ian has successfully partnered with Boards and executive committees throughout the placement process. In addition, Ian has held the position of Manager of Executive Processes at Affirmative Portfolios since 2002, overseeing staff placements and outsourced payroll services. Previous roles include Consultant positions at Sharon Nurock Recruitment and Quest Personnel, as well as Financial Controller at Dunn Gould & Associate in Zimbabwe. Ian's career began in hospitality management with roles at Cresta Hotels & Safaris and Cresta Hotels. Ian holds a B Comm degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with AEB A Levels from Plumtree High School.
