Daria Shukalo

Daria Shukalo has been working in the customer service and technical support fields since 2018. Daria began their career at SPORTDATA LIMITED as a Customer Support Specialist in 2018. In 2020, they joined Affise Performance Marketing Platform as a Technical Support Specialist and was later promoted to L1 Technical Support Shift Lead.

Daria Shukalo graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Multilingual Communication (Multilingual Tourism). In addition, they obtained a certification in Working with Upset Customers from LinkedIn in September 2019.
