Vladimir Koptev

Vladimir Koptev has been working in the tech industry since 2008. Vladimir started as a PHP Developer for Group Ru, then worked for Web-studio "Арт-Клише", then for himself, and then for Central Institute of Aviation Motors (ФГУП "ЦИАМ им. П.И. Баранова", ciam.ru) as an Engineer. In 2011, they worked as a PHP Developer for Memoroom.ru, a startup where they were responsible for all technical aspects. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a PHP Developer for CUSTIS, where they were responsible for developing, supporting, and integrating high-load web-applications. In 2014, they worked as a Senior PHP Developer for GroupIB, where they were responsible for developing company products. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have worked as System Architect/Head of Development for Affise.com, where they started as a tech lead and has grown to head of development in a team of over 20 people.

Vladimir Koptev obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) in the Department of Aeromechanics and Flight Engineering from 2005 to 2010. Vladimir then obtained a Master's Degree from the same university in the same field of study from 2010 to 2012.
