Radhika Delaire

Radhika DeLaire serves as the Vice President of Technology at AFFLINK, a position held since April 2005. Under Radhika's leadership, ELEVATE received recognition as one of the top 100 supply chain projects in 2015, and AFFLINK was listed among the 20 Most Promising Supply Chain Technology Solution Providers in 2016. Additionally, Radhika has experience as an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Information Systems, Statistics and Management Science at The University of Alabama from January 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included mentoring students in project management methodologies. Prior to this, Radhika worked as a Global Supply Chain SAP SRM Project Manager at International Paper, deploying SAP Supplier Relationship Management across numerous manufacturing sites. Radhika holds an MBA from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
