Agathe Joly has worked for three companies in the past six years. In 2022, they began working as the Head of Customer Success for Affluences, a company specializing in measuring, predicting, communicating, and managing real-time crowding (waiting time and occupancy rate of spaces). In 2018, they became an Account Manager for GuestViews, managing a portfolio of 300 clients and a team of 3 customer success managers. In 2016, they started their career as an International Business Developer for Artips, where they were responsible for international partnerships.

Agathe Joly began their educational journey at Columbia University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree at Barnard College between 2008 and 2012. Agathe then attended Ecole Du Louvre in Paris, where they earned a Master 2 (M2) in Muséologie / étude des musées between 2012 and 2014. Finally, they attended ESCP Business School and earned an Msc. in Management (MaBAC) between 2015 and 2016.
