Franck Affoum

Franck Affoum has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Franck started as an Attaché Commercial at HSBC Commercial Banking, where they were responsible for organizing and monitoring commercial actions, providing support to sales advisors, and managing daily operations. In 2016, they moved to a Conseiller a Distance role at the same company. In 2019, they became a Coordinateur Service Clients at Ditto Bank, and in 2020 they began working as a Chargé de la Relation Client at Affluences.
