Yonatan Gonzalez

Yonatan Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in corporate recruiting and human resources. Yonatan is currently the Manager of Corporate Recruiting at Affordable Care, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to this, Yonatan held the role of Senior Corporate Recruiter at the same company starting in February 2020.

Before joining Affordable Care, Yonatan worked at Grifols, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor from January 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. HR Staffing Partner from March 2017 to February 2020.

Yonatan's early career includes significant experience in the United States Air Force. Yonatan served as the District Human Resource Manager of Healthcare Recruiting from December 2013 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for strategic recruiting initiatives, employee development, and performance assessment. Prior to that, Yonatan held the positions of Human Resource Manager / Healthcare Recruiter from June 2010 to December 2013 and Human Resource / Corporate Recruiter from July 2006 to June 2010.

Yonatan Gonzalez's education history includes an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State World Campus. Yonatan also has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Trident University International. Additionally, Yonatan has an Associate's Degree in Human Resource and an Associate of Science degree in Ecological Systems, both obtained from the Community College of the Air Force.
