David Hines

David Hines is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the property and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Executive Director at Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group since 2016, Hines is dedicated to addressing the UK's housing affordability crisis. Hines also co-founded and directs PLATINUM SKIES LIMITED, a luxury retirement living initiative, and leads QUANTUM GROUP (MANAGEMENT) LIMITED as Chief Executive, focusing on land and property fund management. As a former Co-Founder and Chairman of Encore Care Homes, Hines contributed to the nursing and dementia care sector, having also co-founded Affordable Housing Communities Ltd. and served as a Governor at Bournemouth University. Hines’s earlier roles include National Head of Residential Development at Savills and Business Development Director at Andrews and Partners, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Business from Aston University.
