Nicole Schrage

Nicole Schrage is an experienced product development professional with a strong background in fashion and accessories. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at Affordable Luxury Group since September 2021, Nicole leads overseas pre-production processes and specializes in managing the product lifecycle while ensuring timely communication with cross-functional teams and factories. Prior experience includes a role as Product Development Associate at G-III Apparel Group, where Nicole managed production communication and tracked over 100 seasonal styles, and as a Design Operations Assistant at Haddad Brands, focusing on techpack creation and production coordination. Nicole's career began at Repubblica Pelle E Tessuti as a Sourcing and Product Development Assistant and included work as an Assistant Designer at Giorgenti Men's Custom Clothing. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, obtained in 2018.
