Bob Happel currently serves as President of Affy Tapple, LLC, since May 2024, following a tenure as President of Galerie Candy and Gifts from August 2021 to May 2024. In these roles, Bob has demonstrated expertise in managing P&L for multi-national companies, devising strategies that enhance revenue through improved distribution and operational efficiency, and addressing significant supply chain challenges. Past experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Sconza Candy Company and holding the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., where Bob successfully expanded the Cheryl’s Cookies brand. Bob's career also encompasses pivotal marketing roles at Fannie May Confections Brands Inc. and Hillrom, driving product development and market penetration efforts. Bob holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and dual BBA degrees from the University of Iowa.
