Barbara Oulds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Deputy Operations Manager at AFG Group, Inc. since December 2011, Barbara has also held the position of Senior Project Manager within the same company. Barbara Oulds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York, earned between 1988 and 1992.
