Guy "Kai" I. Goodrich (WPC-C) CCM has work experience in two companies. Guy "Kai" I. began their career at Patriot Construction, LLC in July 2012 as the General Manager and held this role until February 2014. In February 2014, they joined AFG Group, Inc. as a Project Director. Guy "Kai" I. later took on the role of Project Director / Project Executive in February 2015 and eventually became the Vice President in January 2020.

Guy "Kai" I. Goodrich (WPC-C) CCM pursued their education at Arizona State University from 1983 to 1988. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a focus on Construction Management.
