João André Neiva is a seasoned professional in the insurance and financial technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Cyber for Zurich Global Ventures since September 2017 and as the Head of Innovation for Asia-Pacific at NEXI Technologies since November 2023. Neiva also holds positions as a Board Member at BOXX Insurance Inc. and AFG Partners, focusing on cybersecurity and fintech investments, respectively. Previous roles within Zurich Insurance Company included Head of Business Change for Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and several senior positions in project management and strategic assistance. Academic achievements include a Doctor's Degree in Venture Capital and ongoing studies for a Doctor of Business Administration at City University of Hong Kong, alongside a Master's in International Management and a Licenciatura in Economics.
