Asadullah Fayzi has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious organizations. Asadullah began their career as a Research and Development Engineer at İhlas Pazarlama A.Ş. in 1999. After that, they joined Afghanistan Reconstruction Co in 2002, where they served as an IT Manager, responsible for maintaining and developing IT systems and managing network and IT vendors. In 2004, Fayzi moved to Afghanistan International Bank and held various roles over the years. Asadullah started as an IT Manager, overseeing the bank's IT operations and projects. Later, Fayzi was promoted to the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO), where they played a vital role in designing and developing new products and troubleshooting IT issues. Finally, their last role at the bank was the Chief Operating Officer (COO), where they were responsible for the strategic planning and overall management of various departments such as IT, trade finance operations, HR, and others. Throughout their career, Fayzi has consistently demonstrated expertise in IT management, implementation of policies and procedures, and decision-making for bank systems and technology.

Asadullah Fayzi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Karadeniz Technical University in Turkey from 1995 to 1999. Asadullah then pursued further education and obtained their Master's degree in Electronics & Communications from Istanbul Technical University from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, in October 2008, they obtained a certification in Oracle Flexcube UBS from Oracle Financial Services Software.
