Rankapole Charlotte has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently serving as a cold room controller at AFGRI Operations Limited since March 2012. Responsibilities include managing the Egg-room, overseeing egg reception and grading, monitoring temperatures, planning flocks, ensuring bio-security, and managing staff and daily operations. Prior experience as an agricultural advisor intern with the Limpopo Department of Agriculture involved providing farmers with technical support in livestock management. Rankapole obtained a Btech in Agricultural Management from the University of South Africa and a Diploma in Agriculture from Tshwane University of Technology. Additionally, Rankapole holds certifications in OHS and biosecurity.
