Martin Kutscher is an experienced engineer with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an R&D Automated Milking System Project Engineer at AfiMilk since January 1997, Martin focuses on the research and design of new sensors and equipment to enhance milking farm operations. Prior to this role, Martin worked as an R&D Project Manager at Electo-Galil from 1984 to 1997, where responsibilities included the development of RF proximity ID systems and a high-voltage electric wire detection system for helicopters. Martin began professional experience as Head of Engineering at Agar in Kibbutz Ginosar from 1981 to 1984. Martin holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Analog, Digital, RF, and Electro-Optics from McGill University, obtained between 1965 and 1969.
