James Ploszay

James Ploszay serves as the Director of Business Solutions at Afinitas since March 2018, overseeing global business-facing applications such as ERP systems, BI tools, and CRM. Notably, James led the integration of ERP systems to unify three different platforms for U.S. locations and is currently implementing this solution for two recent acquisitions, with plans for European sites in the next 2-4 years. Previous roles include Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis at Afinitas, where James managed the annual budgeting process and integrated a financial consolidation tool across five ERP systems. Prior experience encompasses senior positions at Express Scripts, Sigma-Aldrich Corp., and Lockheed Martin, and an engineering role at Conrad Technologies, Inc. James holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
