Bill P.

Bill P. serves as the Vice President of Account Management and Global Deployment at Afiniti since July 2019, overseeing customer lifecycle, business development, and deployment while focusing on customer success and value realization. Prior to this, Bill held the position of VP Sales Consulting at Verint from January 2016 to June 2019, leading mid-market sales support and enhancing sales processes. Bill's experience also includes serving as VP Services for the Americas at OpenSpan (now Pegasystems), where responsibilities involved customer success and professional services aimed at driving operational efficiencies. At NICE Systems, Bill managed major accounts generating over $150M in annual revenue and previously held various roles at Verint Systems from July 1995 to December 2008, focusing on professional services and sales consulting. Bill holds degrees in Computer Science from Northern Arizona University and Telecommunications Engineering from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
