Eleni Theodosiou-Pisanelli

Eleni Theodosiou-Pisanelli serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Afiniti since June 2021, overseeing corporate development, capital raising, corporate strategy, and investor relations. Prior experience includes roles in investment banking at Barclays, focusing on financial sponsors and leveraged finance between 2017 and 2021, as well as a significant tenure as a Corporate Reorganization & Restructuring Attorney at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from 2009 to 2016, where Eleni contributed to the liquidations of Lehman Brothers Inc. and MF Global Inc. Early legal experience includes a Legal Honors Internship at the United States Department of Defense in 2007. Eleni holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management (2018), a JD from American University Washington College of Law (2009), and a BA in History and Cultural Anthropology from Duke University (2006).
