Emanuel Riley

Emanuel Riley currently serves as the Director of Multifamily Investments at the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Emanuel held multiple roles at Freddie Mac, including Multifamily Capital Markets Manager, Senior, and Associate, from June 2015 to August 2022. Emanuel's earlier experience includes a role as an Economic Analyst with the National Association of Home Builders during the summer of 2014. Emanuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland and has an educational background from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute.
