Terrance Pearson

Terrance Pearson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment advisory and analysis, currently serving as the Director of FHA Finance at AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust since 1998. Prior to this role, Terrance held positions as Senior Investment Advisor at UMWA Health and Retirement Funds from 1987 to 1998, Investment Analyst at Citicorp Savings & Loan Association for a year, Portfolio Analyst at Mercantile Safe Deposit and Trust from 1982 to 1984, and Financial Analyst at Citicorp Choice Card during 1980-1981.
