William Pierce, CFA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in fixed income portfolio management and derivatives strategies. Currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager at the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust since October 2020, William previously held the position of Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Capital One from April 2016 to September 2020. Earlier roles included Analyst in Interest Rate Sales within Fixed Income at Credit Suisse from July 2014 to March 2016 and a summer analyst position in Fixed Income Sales and Trading at the same firm in 2013. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Mathematics from Georgetown University, completed in 2014, and a diploma from Cape Elizabeth High School, attained in 2010.
