Bill Mountjoy

Bill Mountjoy has a strong background in information technology and has held key positions at various organizations. Bill began their career at the Public Broadcasting Service in 1979 and served as the Director of Information Technology until 1991. Following this, they joined SEIU as the Director of Information Technology until 1996. Finally, they worked as the CIO at AFL-CIO starting from 1996.

Bill Mountjoy obtained their BS degree in Business, Accounting, and Information Systems from George Mason University - School of Business in the years 1976 to 1980. Bill then pursued their MSIS degree in Information Systems Technology at The George Washington University School of Business from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Bill Mountjoy has also obtained certifications, including being a Certified Public Accountant in 1982 and becoming a Private Pilot with an Instrument rating for single engine land in 1986.
