Marc G.

Marc G. currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the President at the AFL-CIO since June 2023. Previously, Marc G. held various positions at SEIU from August 2015 to July 2023, including Senior Advisor to the International President and Deputy Chief of Staff, where responsibilities included strategic collaboration with leadership and overseeing a staff of over 400. In communications roles, Marc G. designed and executed innovative strategies to mobilize SEIU’s 2 million members and led communications for the Public Services Division. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Communications for UFCW, managing grassroots campaigns, and conducting research at Research Associates of America. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from the Institute of World Politics and various certifications in business and coaching from prestigious institutions.
