Naynesh Bansal

Naynesh Bansal is a Solutions Engineer at AFL - Hyperscale Solutions since July 2022, previously contributing as a Microcellular Plastic Capstone at the University of Washington Mechanical Engineering, where Naynesh built a test setup to evaluate sound insulation properties of microcellular plastics and achieved a 25% cost reduction. Additionally, Naynesh served as a Global Equipment Development Intern at Starbucks, focusing on the research and development of self-serve add-ons for next-generation coffee machines, while also coordinating with suppliers. As a Manufacturing Engineer with UWashington Formula Motorsports, Naynesh created product drawings and 3D models of car components, conducting finite element analysis to address structural and performance concerns. Naynesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, acquired between 2018 and 2022.
