Rosamund Neat

Rosamund Neat currently serves as the Head of Technical Compliance at AFL Connectivity for the EMEA region and has been with AFL since November 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Technology Manager at AFL Hyperscale since September 2016 and Senior Product Manager at FibreFab from May 2011 to September 2016. Earlier in the career, Rosamund worked as a Fibre Optic Consultant for Ros Neat and as Product Manager for Optical Systems at Brand-Rex from September 2003 to December 2010. Previous positions include Consultant Engineer and Product Manager roles at Pirelli Optical Fibre Unit and STC Optical Fibre Unit, respectively. Rosamund holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a BSc in Astrophysics from Queen Mary University of London. Currently, Rosamund focuses on supporting the generation of international standards for fibre optics and contributing to a conference on optical networks while spending quality time with family.
