Jeff Gill

VP, Information Technologies at AFL

Jeff Gill is Vice President of Information Technology at AFL. In this role, he partners with business leaders to create true value out of technology by advancing data insights, enhancing the digital customer experience, and optimizing business processes for the company. Jeff is responsible for the company’s IT architecture, application platforms, data analytics, infrastructure, and information security.

In 2001, Jeff launched his career at Michael Baker International, a provider of engineering and consulting services, where he held progressive leadership roles within the IT organization. He was responsible for the Enterprise Architecture team supporting hundreds of offices worldwide. After his tenure with Michael Baker, Jeff spent five years leading a global IT team responsible for infrastructure and services at ERIKS, a multi-billion-dollar industrial distribution company. Jeff was instrumental in developing and implementing ERIKS Global IT Shared Services organization, an initiative that involved data center consolidation, new collaboration tools, and implementation of a multi-million-dollar strategic sourcing agreement.

A graduate of Robert Morris University, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science.
