Gregg Loudermilk

Gregg Loudermilk has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, primarily with Aflac since February 1999. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Sales Training and Recruiting, Loudermilk functions as Chief of Staff for VP Eric Leger, enhancing the efficiency of the Aflac Field Force and Broker Sales Professionals. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for the U.S. Sales Division and Territory Performance Coordinator, where strategic support for performance management was provided to Southwest and Pacific Territory Directors. Prior to Aflac, Loudermilk worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA as a Manager of National Accounts and as a Sales Representative. Loudermilk holds a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
