Jodi Chapman

Jodi Chapman is an experienced professional with a background in program implementation and customer service within the disability and leave of absence sectors. Jodi served as a Program Implementation Advisor at Sedgwick from November 2018 to January 2021, focusing on ensuring product quality and regulatory standards compliance. Previously, Jodi held various roles at Sedgwick, including Appeals Specialist and Sr. Disability Representative, where responsibilities encompassed claims analysis, regulatory administration, and training new colleagues. Currently, Jodi works as a Client Liaison at Aflac, managing escalated customer issues.
