Heather Kilgour

Heather Kilgour, PE has worked at United Consulting in Indianapolis, IN since February 2008. Heather has held various titles such as Team Leader, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Heather has experience working on resurface and reconstruction projects for state and local municipalities, with design expertise in Hydraulics, Road, Traffic, and Signal Design using software such as Autoturn, Microstation InRoads SS4, and AutoCad Civil 3d. Prior to their current role, Heather served as a Design Engineer at The Schneider Corporation, focusing on traffic studies, traffic counting, and signal design. Heather graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with a BSCE in Civil Engineering.
