Jonathan Burnett

Jonathan Burnett has over 16 years of experience at Aflac, currently serving as the Senior Manager and Digital Services Delivery Lead. In this role, Jonathan drives enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives within Aflac's Innovation Lab, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer experiences. Previous positions at Aflac include Manager of US Innovations and Manager of Customer Experience Delivery, among others. Prior to joining Aflac, Jonathan worked at TSYS as a Business Analyst. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University, completed in 2004.
