Randi Warren

Randi Warren is a seasoned legal professional serving as Corporate Counsel at Aflac since November 2018, specializing in enterprise-wide technology transactions, including cloud computing and cybersecurity protocols. In addition to this role, Randi leads the Aflac Legal Diversity Initiative, establishing a framework for enhancing diversity and inclusion within the legal department. Previously, Randi served as Senior Counsel, advising corporate executives and ensuring compliance for a technology company. Randi has an academic background that includes a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Spelman College, a JD from Mercer University, and advanced education from Yale School of Management and The Wharton School. Additionally, Randi has experience as an adjunct faculty instructor at Columbus State University and held associate positions at Taylor English Duma LLP and Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP, where litigation expertise was honed.
