Previously, Gil held roles at Synopsys as Sr. Corporate Counsel, M&A, executing over 40 global M&A transactions, and at SanDisk as a Senior Contracts Specialist, managing complex agreements. Their career began as a Legal Intern at NetApp, where they improved the audit process for a global integration project. Gil earned their law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
