Sean Hart

Sean Hart possesses extensive experience in the insurance and benefits industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales Contracting & Compensation at Aflac since January 2011. In this role, Sean leads a team focused on producer onboarding, commission setup, and service delivery to agents and brokers. Previous positions at Aflac include director of platform solutions and senior manager of compliance. Prior to Aflac, Sean owned Benefit Bridge Services, LLC, providing employee benefits brokerage, and held various roles at Colonial Life, Chuck Davis & Associates, and Continental American Insurance Company, where proficiency in sales, marketing, and compliance were demonstrated. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
