Tricia Griggs

Tricia Griggs has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as the Manager of Wellness and Safety at Aflac since July 2014, where responsibility includes overseeing the Health and Wellness program for all employees. Prior to Aflac, Tricia held positions such as Director of Nursing at The Commons and Azalea Trace, managing large teams in long-term care settings. Other roles include working as a Registered Nurse in a Critical Care Unit at Doctors' Hospital, a Benefits Analyst at Columbus Regional Health, and an Occupational Health Nurse at both Toms Foods Inc and Columbus Foundry. Tricia's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Darton College, an Associate's in Nursing from Columbus Technical College, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University, and a Practical Nursing Certification from Chattahoochee Valley Community College.
