Product Owner at Aflorithmic

Nikesh Hotchandani has a wealth of experience in the audio engineering and product management fields. In 2021, they began working as a Product Manager at Aflorithmic, where they led the development of a new enterprise voice cloning application. Nikesh also led a team of five full-time employees and was responsible for the UI/UX design agenda. In 2020, they founded NukeSound, an online, end-to-end sound design and audio post production service. From 2017 to 2018, Nikesh worked at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago as a Multicultural Affairs Coordinator, strategizing solutions for diversity and inclusion on campus. Additionally, they worked as an Audio Engineering Associate at both the Chicago Recording Company and Delmark Records. At the Chicago Recording Company, they assisted with administrative and logistical tasks, as well as sessions with clients such as Chance the Rapper and Billie Eilish. At Delmark Records, they shadowed and assisted the Head Engineer in setting up, recording, mixing, and mastering full-length albums. In 2017, they also worked as an Audio Engineering Intern at AudioLabs Media, where they shadowed and assisted the Head Engineer in ADR, dialog editing, and Foley, followed by comprehensive 5.1 and Dolby Atmos mixing.

Nikesh Hotchandani's education history includes graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2020 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sound. Prior to that, they attended Indus International School in Bengaluru from 2014 to 2016, where they received an International Baccalaureate. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Jayshree Periwal International School in India, where they received a Cambridge IGCSE. Nikesh attended GEMS Education from 2007 to 2012, where they received a CBSE-i from The Millennium School.
