Houda Nassef

Houda NASSEF, MBA, serves as Chargée de recrutement RH at AFMA since August 2023, after holding various roles within the same organization, including Chargée de projets Ressources Humaines and Chargée de développement des ressources humaines. Houda also works as a content creator and educational freelancer for Concepts RH avec Houda, aimed at providing a learning space for university students. Past experiences include recruitment roles at SAFI MOTORS II and a research internship at RADEES focused on human resource management comparisons, as well as foundational exposure in procurement at Marsa Maroc. Academically, Houda holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in the same field, alongside a professional license and DUT in management and finance.
